JEWELFLAME products are created using the details you submit with your order — names, spelling, dates, photos and other personalization.
Please check everything carefully before purchase. Personalized products cannot normally be returned or exchanged for change of mind or for errors in the details you submitted.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly fulfilled, we’ll make it right — contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review it under our return and replacement policy.
