How does personalization work?
You add your details — a photo, names, engraving text, birthstone or font — on the product page. We use exactly what you submit, so please check spelling and details carefully before ordering.

Can I preview my item?
Product previews are a visual guide. Final engraving, printing, stone placement and layout may vary slightly with product size and manufacturing.

Shipping & delivery

How long does it take?
Personalization processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated US delivery is 7–15 business days after processing.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes — you’ll receive tracking updates from order to delivery.

Materials

Each product page lists the exact verified material and finish. We describe plated finishes honestly and never overstate metal or stone value.

Returns

Because items are personalized, they can’t be returned for change of mind or customer-submitted errors. Damaged, defective or incorrectly-made orders are reviewed under our return and replacement policy.
