Every JEWELFLAME piece is personalized and made to order, so we begin preparing your item soon after you order.

Changes or cancellations: If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We’ll do our best to help while your item has not yet entered production. Once personalization or production has begun, an order generally can no longer be changed or cancelled, because the item is made specifically for you.
